a. Hykko is a cloud-based text-to-speech software that converts written text into spoken words using AI algorithms.

b. You may use Hykko to create speech files for personal or commercial use. Customers using the free plan will receive a personal license only, which restricts the use of Hykko for non-commercial purposes only. Customers who have subscribed to a paid plan will receive a commercial license that allows them to use Hykko for commercial purposes.

c. Hykko provides various voices and languages to choose from, and the users are responsible for the content they create using the software.

d. Hykko reserves the right to limit or restrict access to the software, and to terminate or suspend user accounts at any time without notice.

a. Hykko offers both free and paid plans. The paid plan offers additional features, including a commercial license.

b. Payments for Hykko's paid plans are processed by third-party payment processors, and Hykko does not store your payment information.

c. The subscription fee for the paid plan is non-refundable. Customers are encouraged to try the software using the free plan before upgrading to a paid plan.

d. Users taking paid subscriptions by choosing direct bank transfer shall remit the renewal payment before their subscription ends and raise a support ticket to verify the payment to continue the subscription. 

a. Hykko is owned by Hyrrokkin Branding Services Private Limited and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

b. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the software, or create derivative works based on it.

c. Any content you create using Hykko belongs to you, and you are solely responsible for its legality and intellectual property rights.

a. Hykko collects personal information such as name, email, and IP address for account creation and user identification purposes.

b. Hykko uses cookies to enhance the user experience and to analyze usage trends.

c. Hykko does not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

a. Hykko may monetize ads using Google Adsense for free users.

b. Hykko is not responsible for the content or accuracy of the ads displayed on the software.

c. Users may opt-out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings.

It is impossible to estimate voice generation hours accurately as it varies when using advanced controls. Hence we have configured Hykko to work based on the Character limit. The voice generation hours mentioned on the pricing page are calculated on the basis of 415 characters per minute. Voice generation refers to converting text to speech and downloads are not capped. 

The use of logos belonging to social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin, Vimeo, and Twitter, is solely for the purpose of identifying these platforms and does not imply any endorsement or affiliation. We do not claim any ownership of these logos or the intellectual property rights associated with them. All the trademarks and registered trademarks mentioned here are the property of their respective owners. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of these logos complies with the guidelines and terms of service of the respective social media platforms. We are not liable for any legal issues arising from the misuse of these logos.

b. Hykko shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

a. Hykko reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

b. Your continued use of Hykko after any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
