1. Introduction
This Refund Policy governs the terms of your purchase of Hykko, a cloud-based text-to-speech software (“the Serviceâ€) provided by Hyrrokkin Branding Services Private Limited (“the Companyâ€).
2. No Refund Policy
The Company offers its Services as both on-demand services and subscription-based models. Due to the nature of digital services provided by Hykko, the Company maintains a ‘No Refund’ policy.
a) On-demand Services: Payments made for on-demand services are non-refundable as the service is deemed used once accessed.
b) Subscriptions: Payments made for subscription services are non-refundable. Subscriptions may be canceled by the users at any time, however, the user will not receive a refund for the remaining period of the subscription, and the service will continue until the end of the paid subscription period.
